FAQ
Questions we get every week
Why is water pooling in my yard?
Usually one of three things: negative grade toward the house, compacted clay or ledge with nowhere to percolate, or roof water dumping at the foundation. We diagnose which before proposing anything.
Do I need a permit for drainage work?
Sometimes. Wetlands buffer zones, conservation districts and municipal stormwater rules apply in several Greater Boston towns. We handle filings when they're required.
How long does a drainage project take?
Most residential systems are installed in two to five days, including restoration of lawn and beds we open up.
Standing water, wet basement, or eroding beds?
Book a drainage assessment. We'll tell you what's actually causing it.
